It is my pleasure to give Susan Hadley, Santa Fe Realty Group Inc., my highest recommendation to anyone even considering the purchase of a home, or bare land, in the Santa Fe area.
My husband and I live in California and first visited Santa Fe about two years ago. We were so taken with the area that we started considering whether we might want to buy property there. The next time we came, we stayed with friends who had worked with Susan in the purchase of their relatively new home in the area. We decided at least to look around this time and our friends had recommended Susan so highly that we asked if she would show us the various areas around Santa Fe. While Susan knew that we were not, at least at that time, ready to buy lot or home, she could not have been any more generous with her time.
Susan took great care to answer all of our questions, and was very knowledgeable about what was out there. If she didn’t have answers to one or two of our questions, she quickly found out.
After we returned home, Susan called or emailed us periodically, and at our request she send us photos of houses or lots for sale. She never put any pressure on us.
After another year had gone by, we decided to come back and look again. We made plans to meet with Susan, who took us around for the third time.
While we were not at all sure that we wanted to buy at that point, Susan showed us a brand new subdivision selling gorgeous lots. We fell in love with one. Long story short: we now own a lovely lot that we may, or may not, put a house on at some point.
We are thrilled with the way things have turned out and can’t wait to walk on our beautiful property again.
