Susan Hadley, MS, has always been a business entrepreneur. She owned and operated Body Wise, Inc. , a fitness company for 18 years in Westchester, New York, prior to moving to Santa Fe in 1996. She was the founder and integrative therapist of the High Country Health Company, a business which merged exercise, nutrition, mental and emotional health for individuals seeking to improve their lives.  Susan was also the founder and owner of High Country Travel, working in the eco-tourism industry.  Her love of horses and the outdoors led her to create a sub company called Cowboy Adventures creating trips for individuals, families and business professionals in the U.S. and worldwide.  In 1998 Susan entered the field of Real Estate bringing her communication expertise into the many transactions she has closed.  In 2003 Susan started The Santa Fe Realty Group, Inc. and is the President and Qualifying Broker.  Here she provides unparalleled service to her clients by listening to each individual need, offering immediate personal attention providing trusted knowledge of the Santa Fe community, neighborhoods, developments and acreage.  Specializing in land sales, custom builds and residential homes, Susan helps clients make informed choices by offering a network of professionals to assist each client in making the best decision possible. Susan also has an additional coaching practice called Conscious Living that helps her clients and others attain integrative approaches for an awakened journey. These combined skills assist her clients in daily life as well as enhances the process for purchasing property in a consious and educated way.

Susan is also very active in the community of Santa Fe.  She is on the board of Friends Forever, a foundation that supports children in New Mexico who have life threatening illnesses.  The Breast Cancer Foundation and the ALS Association are also her focus of service.  Susan is also the La Mariposa Architectural Reveiw Committe Chairperson for the Homes Owners Association.

 In her spare time, Susan enjoys all outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, kayaking and water sports, camping, tennis, some golf and travel.

In addition to operating and owning 5 businesses, Susan has raised 2 children and is now enjoying the thrill of having two grandsons.

Jacqueline (Jacque) Paul, M.Ed. and M.A. was born in Denver, Colorado.  She grew up in a family of six children: enjoying the personal interactions, the fun, and the challenges of a big family. After graduation from college, Jacque chose to "see the world".  She worked as a flight attendant for thirteen years: traveling in the United States,  to Europe, South America, Mexico, and Africa.  Interacting with people lead to more study...this time in the therapy field.  Jacque worked in community mental health in many capacities: home-based, residential treatment center, day treatment. Jacque's best memories and experiences are with her family and her three children, and all the new additions. 

Jacque has enjoyed her travels and living in many parts of the United States: Colorado, California, Arizona, New York, Florida, and now New Mexico.  New Mexico means "coming home" as Jacque's great grandmother was born in Santa Fe.  Both sides of the family have their roots in the "Land of Enchantment".  The three cultures, the people, the mountains, the landscape, the native plants all play their part in the uniqueness and beauty of this state. Jacque feels honored to work in a field where she can be part of the "coming home" process to newcomers.
